Ernst Keller led the graphic class at Kunstgewerbeschue Zurich for nearly fourty years. His pioneer work in teaching having students such as Richard Paul Lohse and Josef Müljer-Brockmann is investigated in this project. Starting by researching still existing student works and names it continues by interviewing designers who witnessed his teaching. The aim is to reconstruct Keller`s methodology and didactics.
